Inquiries into employees’ vaccination status will raise “privacy issues” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, they said. The authors explored varied approaches across the EU and U.K. and key considerations for employers, recommending they “err on the side of caution when deciding whether or not to collect and process vaccination data from their employees.”
