MediaPost reports Comscore plans to launch a cookie-free audience targeting tool in the first quarter of 2021. The Predictive Audiences solution uses "privacy-friendly" contextual signals to target audiences based on their ages, genders, TV viewing habits and consumer behaviors, which includes automotive purchase and location data, as well as non-Fair Credit Reporting Act financial information.
