The report, "ePrivacy and Data Protection: Who Watches the Watchers? — How Regulations Could Alter the Path of Innovation," features insight from several thought leaders, including Promontory's John Bowman, CIPP/E, and Simon McDougall, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, Vivienne Artz, of Citi, and Vodafone's Mikko Niva. There are a series of case studies in the report to assess the challenges associated with adapting to the new landscape.
