The Centre for Information Policy Leadership published the second report for its Artificial Intelligence and Data Protection project, according to Hunton Andrews Kurth's Privacy & Information Security Law Blog. The report, titled “Hard Issues and Practical Solutions,” looks at the tensions between AI and data protection principles, future AI solutions, and the best practices and tools organizations are developing to “enable accountable and (human-centric) AI.” The report also touches upon transparency and data minimization.
