The Chilean Senate unanimously approved a constitutional reform to ensure personal data protection, Derecho de la Red reports. Introduced by the Chamber of Deputies, this reform modifies No. 4, Article 19 of the constitution and serves to enshrine the protection of personal data as a constitutional right.
