The Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules Forum welcomed participation from interested jurisdictions following the release of the Global CBPR Framework and its Terms of Reference. The framework "establishes the core requirements on which the Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules and Global Privacy Recognition for Processors Systems are to be based," while the Terms of Reference establishes the forum's organizational structure. The CBPR Forum also introduced its leadership team.
