The California Department of Justice unveiled a second set of modifications to the proposed California Consumer Privacy Act regulations. After publishing the last set of proposed regulations Feb. 10, the agency received approximately 100 responses. Comments for the new modifications must be sent by mail or email by 5 p.m. March 27. A document has also been released highlighting the differences between the two sets of modifications.
