The California Attorney General's Consumer Law Section has released job postings for the position of Deputy Attorney General III in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. The position will initially focus on privacy enforcement, as accepted candidates will be expected to litigate in state and federal courts and the trial and appellate level, conduct research and investigations, negotiate and draft settlements, and work with California district attorneys and attorneys general in other states. Applications must be in by Jan. 24.
