Brazil’s commission of jurists tasked with drafting artificial intelligence regulations extended the deadline to receive external feedback to June 10, according to the Senate. The commission is interested in receiving comments from AI professionals, civil society entities and other interested parties to discuss AI concepts, impacts, rights and accountability. The draft regulations are expected to be completed by the beginning of August.
