  • A U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois judge dismissed several claims against IBM in a proposed class-action lawsuit claiming its “diversity in faces” dataset violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, Bloomberg reports. The judge said the dismissed claims were “duplicative.”
