MIT Technology Review reports Big Tech companies haven't yet provided a defined stance on how or if they'd respond to requests by U.S. law enforcement for personal data related to abortions. The publication reached out to Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and Twitter seeking information on their notices around such data sharing in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's reversal of the constitutional right to abortion under Roe v. Wade. Some companies referred to existing notices on disclosures to law enforcement while others did not comment on the matter.
