World Wide Web Founder Tim Berners-Lee continues to push for improving users' control over their own data through startup Inrupt and its privacy platform, Solid, The New York Times reports. Berners-Lee said the venture, which launched November 2020, remains committed to the goal of personal online data stores that allow users to decide how their data is used and who can use it, which he added will help move toward "the web that I originally wanted."
