IAB Europe revoked its request for suspended execution of the Belgian Data Protection Authority's decision on the Transparency and Consent Framework. The withdrawal came after the Belgian DPA indicated a review of IAB's action plan to rectify alleged EU General Data Protection Regulation violations connected with TCF wouldn't take place before Sept. 1. The regulator's February ruling included a two-month cure period. IAB's appeal of the decision remains active.
