Krebs on Security reports that multiple customers of Chase.com reported issues when logging in to their accounts. In some cases, customers could see the account details of other users. Chase said the incident was not due to malicious hacking or any cyberattacks, but rather, it was caused by an internal "glitch." JP Morgan Chase Director of Communications Trish Wexler said the incident affected "a pretty limited number of customers" during a two-and-a-half-hour window Wednesday night. "We're going through tweets from customers and making sure that if anyone is calling us with issues we're working one on one with customers. If you see suspicious activity you should give us a call," she said. Meanwhile, Harper's Magazine has warned subscribers their passwords may have been stolen by hackers.
