Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, is accepting feedback on guidelines for reporting data security incidents under the General Data Protection Law. The ANPD expects the contributions to be an important part of the drafting of regulations for incident reporting, adding a first draft should come in the near future. The agency is accepting feedback until March 24. Editor's note: The IAPP's Joe Duball recently caught up with ANPD board official Miriam Wimmer, CIPP/E, to discuss the DPA's plans.
