A group of state attorneys general is angling to change the narrative after filing lawsuits Monday claiming Google applies dark patterns with its location data practices. The legal action could re-ignite ongoing discussions at the state and federal level on the best way to address these deceptive and manipulative acts that sway users' thinking.
