A webcast will be hosted by Alston & Bird titled “Cyber Risk Readiness Webinar: How In-House Counsel Can Help Companies Prepare.” The five-person panel will discuss the role in-house counsels have in assessing and preparing for cyber threats. “From projects as far-reaching as enterprise-wide cyber risk assessments to those as targeted as designing an updated employee training on new cyber threats such as ransomware, in-house counsel can have a significant role in cyber risk readiness, regardless of the business area they support,” the law firm wrote in the announcement. The webcast will take place Oct. 4, and will feature privacy professionals from Alston & Bird, Dell and Medtronic.
