Digital advertising platform OpenX says that the entire list of inventory on its exchange will be compliant with the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation, MediaPost reports. While OpenX does not guarantee indemnity for publishers and advertisers that utilize the platform, it does offer a “GDPR-ready data processing agreement,” which it states will ensure traders are compliant. In a statement publicizing the release, OpenX said it is “one of the first advertising exchanges globally to be fully compliant with its publisher obligations under the GDPR.”
