Internal documents show the addresses of COVID-19 patients in Minnesota have been compromised, KSTP reports. An executive order by Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minn., enabled the state departments of health and public safety to share patients’ addresses with first responders, with guidelines implemented to protect individuals’ identity. But according to the documents, protocols were not followed, and “emails were sent to 193 recipients,” believed to be all 911 dispatch centers in the state.
