On Thursday, members of the European Parliament’s civil liberties, justice and home affairs committee (LIBE) narrowly voted to support a resolution declaring Privacy Shield to be inadequate. As part of the text, MEPs listed a number of continuing concerns for the data-transfer framework, and they called for further action by the European Commission.
