Nova Scotia Health said the personal health information of 211 people was “inappropriately accessed” in two unrelated incidents, CBC News reports. The breaches at Aberdeen Hospital in New Glasgow and Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville were flagged by a routine privacy audit. NSH said two employees improperly accessed appointments and medical files. Victims are being notified and will be informed of what part of their records was accessed.
