A New York judge has ruled that prosecutors are not overreaching by subpoenaing Twitter in order to access an Occupy Wall Street protester's posts leading up to an alleged disorderly conduct incident, The Washington Post reports. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Matthew A. Sciarrino, Jr., wrote, "There is, in fact, reasonable grounds to believe the information sought was relevant and material to this investigation," but added that he would review the posts--with the defendant's privacy in mind--before the Manhattan District Attorney's Office reviews them.
