After extending the January deadline for Telstra to answer questions related to its December 2011 breach, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) has delayed releasing its report indefinitely, reports The Australian. "The matter is more complex than we originally thought, and we are seeking further information from Telstra. The investigation is ongoing," said an OAIC spokeswoman. The data breach exposed the records of more than 800,000 Telstra customers and may have included some user names, passwords and credit card numbers.
