"Everyone loves it when Facebook makes a mistake," she writes, "but this time, it may be users who've got it wrong." The company has not sold phone numbers to third parties or published them, the report states. One security expert said, "there's all of the various privacy issues and privacy concerns that have happened over the years," and "there are a lot of people looking for it to have security and privacy problems, and a lot of people who want it to have those problems."
