A New York man pleaded guilty yesterday to stealing accountholder information from a New Jersey bank, The Wall Street Journal reports. In U.S. District Court in Newark, NJ, Viktor Kafalov admitted to collaborating with conspirators to install skimming devices on ATM machines and steal more than $278,000 from customers of Valley National Bank.
