Welcome, speakers!

Thank you for contributing to the IAPP ANZ Summit 2022. To help ensure the success of your session, please see the important information below:

Jordyn Hardy

Jordyn Hardy, Programming & Speaker Specialist, will be your main contact at the IAPP during the event life cycle. Please reach out to Jordyn if you have any questions.

Please visit the General Information page for hotel options, plus travel and parking information.

Speaker Registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP staff. Conference pass is eligible for Wednesday’s Welcome Reception on 23 November and all programming and events happening on Wednesday and Thursday, 23-24 November.

Dietary Accommodations: Should you require a special diet please contact speaker coordinator jhardy@iapp.org to indicate your needs before October 1.

Important Deadlines

Due now: Check the online schedule to see your session date and time.

Due now: Send us your headshot and a brief biography if we do not already have this on file.

14 September: Watch the speaker orientation web conference (recorded). You will receive an email with additional details on how to access the recording from Jordyn.

27 September: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panellists.

18 October: Send draft presentations to your speaker coordinator.

9 November: Send final presentation to your speaker coordinator.

Additional Programming Information
Need to make a change to speakers or presentation content? It is important to run it by us. Changes must be approved by IAPP to uphold the quality of our program and keep our publications current. Please contact Jordyn immediately if you need to make adjustments.
