Women Leading Privacy: My Special Sauce—How Women Can Tout Privacy Cred

Presented by Women Leading Privacy. Self-promotion skills are important, but studies show that women can be “competent but not confident,” and aren’t always comfortable taking credit for a job well done. Hear a vice president at a Fortune 100 company offer practical advice and simple tips on how privacy professionals can communicate accomplishments, strengths and development needs within the annual review context, privacy operational reviews, etc., as well as how to handle with style some common barriers that can stand in the way of doing so effectively. She will also discuss behaviors you can adopt immediately to further your development. This session contains content specifically for women but many of the tips are applicable to men as well.
