About the IAPP

David Marcus is the Head of Privacy for Asia Pacific at State Street.  His role is to mobilise a number of functions in the region and to provide advice to all business units on privacy, data security, privacy by design, breach management and new technologies.  David has over 10 years of legal and compliance experience in the public and private sector including as a consultant for the United Nations.
