Marta Fraioli, in Panetta & Associati from 2018, works in the field of data protection, cyber security and privacy.
After a working experience in a consulting firm in Bruxelles, Marta started a traineeship at the Italian Data Protection Authority where she had the possibility to contribute to the activity of the Communication and Electronic Networks Department. Such professional experience gave her the chance to acquire specific competences related to the areas handled by the Department including, in particular, marketing and telemarketing, as well as to mature a better understanding of how the Authority performs.
Graduated with honor from the Sapienza University of Rome, she discussed a final dissertation in European Union Law with the title “Protection of privacy in the European Union: from directive 95/46/EC to the regulation 2016/679/EU”.
Awarded with a grant, Marta is currently enrolled at Tor Vergata University of Rome where she started a Master in “Digital competences on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy”.
