About the IAPP

Kellie serves as Associate General Counsel, Lead Litigation Counsel and Data Protection Officer for Appriss Retail – a global company focused on helping retailers maximize loss prevention. In this role, Kellie advises her team on matters pertaining to compliance, privacy, litigation, M&A, contracting, and employment law. Prior to joining Appriss Retail, Kellie was a member of the Business Litigation team at Frost Brown Todd LLC in Louisville, KY. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and has experience developing and managing comprehensive compliance programs.  

While Kellie has many career achievements, her greatest achievement is being the mother to her son, Davis (age 2), and daughter, Parker (age 1).
