Ezgi Cobanogullari, CIPP/E
Ezgi BAYINDIR is working as Head Data Privacy MENA in Novartis, based in Dubai. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Yeditepe University, Istanbul and Master of Laws from the Brunel University, London.
She has an extensive experience in commercial law and competition law including the data privacy aspects of M&As. Currently, she focuses on regulatory data privacy compliance, negotiating related agreements and procedures, data breach and security incident management and data subjects’ rights and lately on data privacy aspects of bio-banks.
She lectures in different universities and is a regular speaker on different issues of data privacy and healthcare aspects.
