About the IAPP

Rakesh Jha (Ricky) is a privacy student with interest in multiple new age technology ventures in upcoming disruptive domains. His major work involves steering “Privacy Virtuoso Global”, a boutique privacy consulting firm, where his current focus is on helping companies overcome the socio-technical challenges of data trust and data privacy issues that have surfaced from introduction of RPA, IoT, AI, and introduction of technology in newer space of society. He is a seasoned, distinguished Privacy Professional, a Fellow at IAPP, an author, blogger, speaker and passionate advocate of TRUST & PRIVACY engineering.

Managing and designing data compliances strategies, drafting national policy and standards are few of his domain of expertise.

He is a dog lover, when not working for data privacy projects – he prefers training a new generation of privacy professional, cooking for his loved ones and exploring other artistic sides.
