About the IAPP

John LoForese is an Associate Counsel on Google's Third Party Data Protection team within Google's Ethics & Compliance group. John partners with product and commercial counsel, internal audit, and security engineering to ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Google's data protection obligations. Prior to joining Google, John worked as an in-house privacy attorney with Dun & Bradstreet. John holds the CIPP/US and C-DPO (IBITGQ) qualifications, is barred in New York and New Jersey, and is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law and McGill University.
