About the IAPP

Florent Gastaud is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the OVH Group. He is responsible for ensuring OVH activity is compliant, in terms of the challenges around the protection of personal data. He is also a member of CCTF CISPE. A graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with several years’ legal experience in new technologies, Florent Gastaud was formerly responsible for compliance with a big insurance group. He often publishes articles on the challenges of privacy regulations.
