Macarena Gatica is the leading lawyer in data protection and cybersecurity at Alessandri. She has more than 15 years of experience in different jurisdictions, such as Chile, United States, Latin America, and Spain. Prior to joining Alessandri, she served for 6 years as Legal Advisor at MasterBase®, assuming legal management for Chile and subsidiaries. Opportunity in which, due to the company’s business, she concentrated her practice in data privacy and technology in Chile and in the markets where the Company provides services, this highlights her extensive experience in adapting new regulations regarding personal data.
