About the IAPP

Arsen is global data privacy counsel. He is a certified data privacy professional, and holds the FIP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPP/A and CIPM credentials through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. As global data privacy counsel, Arsen advises multinational corporations regarding compliance with domestic and international data privacy laws by providing practical and operational guidance on how to harmonize these laws into uniform policies and procedures and actionable game plans. Arsen also advises clients regarding, among other things, cross-border data transfers, vendor contracts, privacy by design, data breach preparedness, and issues related to the Ad Tech industry.
