About the IAPP

Brandon Kerstens is Privacy Counsel for Tinder. In this role he has helped to build a comprehensive global privacy program both at Tinder and its parent company, Match Group. Prior to Tinder, Brandon worked in private practice at a large internationally-recognized law firm based in Toronto. His practiced included a broad range of privacy and information-management matters, including regulatory compliance, privacy and security reviews, privacy program development, service agreement negotiation, data breach response and anti-spam. Brandon has a BSc from the University of Toronto and a JD from Queen’s University.
