About the IAPP

Robert is Associate Vice President, Global Privacy Head and HIPAA Privacy Officer leading Labcorp’s Privacy Office. In this role, Robert provides strategic guidance on Labcorp’s enterprise data initiatives, as well as, manages Labcorp’s HIPAA and global privacy programs. Prior to this role, Robert served as Privacy Counsel to Labcorp and was key in developing Labcorp’s GDPR and CCPA privacy programs. Robert joined Labcorp in 2014 as an attorney for the Law Department where he supported Labcorp’s diagnostic operations, esoteric business units, sourcing and procurement, and IT operations.
