Christina McCollum is a dual-qualified lawyer, practicing both as Solicitor of England and Wales and also as an Advocate at the Cyprus Bar. Christina studied law at UCL and spent a few years at CMS Cameron McKenna in London before returning to Cyprus. Prior to establishing Antoniou McCollum & Co, Christina worked at two international law practices in Cyprus.
Her areas of expertise are in commercial and corporate law and she has a keen interest in privacy matters, providing legal advice on domestic and cross-border privacy and data protection matters. In this domain, her experience includes preparing tailored internal compliance policies for Cyprus and EU businesses, drafting data processing agreements, advising on data transfers, assisting clients in responding to regulatory inquiries as well as providing legal support in relation to data breaches. Christina is co-chair of the IAPP Cyprus KnowledgeNet Chapter.
