About the IAPP

Kon Leong is CEO of ZL Technologies, a provider of software which manages information across the enterprise for governance and analytics. For two decades, Mr. Leong has guided ZL’s creation of large-scale information technologies that solve “big data” issues for enterprises. Under his leadership, ZL has deployed massively-scalable eDiscovery, records management, compliance, and analytics solutions for many of the world’s largest corporations.

 

Mr. Leong speaks regularly on governance and GDPR program implementation at major conferences across the globe, including CeBIT, LegalTech, IAPP, HIMSS, CIGO, SIA, IDMA, ARMA and Gartner events. He has also written for leading business and technology publications such as Fortune and Harvard Business Review.
