Senior Oversight and Privacy Policy Analyst

Charlie is a member of the Privacy Branch within the OMB Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs where he is responsible for providing technical assistance to the Executive Office of the President on issues related to privacy, reviewing proposed regulations, overseeing and providing assistance to Federal agencies’ privacy programs, and developing Federal privacy policy.  His portfolio includes work on OMB Circular A-130, Managing Information as a strategic Resource, and the development and implementation of guidance related to the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014.  Prior to joining OMB, Charlie was a member of the privacy teams at the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security.
