About the IAPP

Marina is an experienced legal and compliance professional with extensive private and in-house practice experience. She is admitted as a solicitor in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

 

She has held senior inhouse roles for numerous global companies including Philips Electronics and Healthcare (ANZ), Lafarge Holcim, CSC (now DXC Technology), Luxottica, Ernst & Young, and BlueScope Steel, in which Marina was responsible for legal and compliance issues within the Asia Pacific Region, including IP and data protection and security, privacy, AML/KYC/KYTP, sustainability and dispute resolution. Currently she is Legal Counsel at one of Australia’s leading Universities.
