Shaina Varia is Assistant General Counsel and Privacy Officer at JCPenney. Shaina leads the company's Privacy Office and oversees its data protection, privacy, and technology operations. Shaina has extensive in-house experience having most recently served as Worldwide Counsel, Software at Hewlett Packard and private law firm experience at both Weil and Paul Hastings. Shaina also holds an MBA (Finance).
