Laura is a Senior Advisor within DHS’ National Protection and Programs Directorate, focused on public-private partnerships that enhance the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s critical infrastructure, from banking systems to power grids, considered vital to U.S. National security, economic security and public health and safety.  She supports an integrated cyber-physical agenda on emerging threats, vulnerabilities and implications of disruption, and has led coordination between government and the private sector to advance leading practices in strategic risk management, readiness and mitigation, and information sharing initiatives.
