Data Privacy Manager, Advisory

Vukica Djuric is a Manager with KPMG UK’s Privacy Advisory Practice, which helps clients build and embed pragmatic governance frameworks, processes and controls to address complex multi-jurisdictional compliance and risk management challenges.



Vukica has managed and delivered privacy advisory engagements for a range of global clients, including FTSE 100 and Forbes 500 clients. She specialises in the assessment and management of privacy business and regulatory risks in the Financial Services industry, but has also worked with retail and fin-tech clients in assessing, designing, developing and implementing their privacy compliance programs. Most recently, she has supported clients in preparing for the EU General Data Protection Regulation.



Prior to joining KPMG, Vukica worked as a Senior Global Privacy Consultant for a leading global bank across its multiple lines of business (Retail, Wholesale Banking, Wealth Management), including conducting Privacy Impact Assessments in the development of new or changes to existing programs, processes, systems and technologies, as well as acquisitions and day-to-day business practices. This included providing guidance on operational risk profiles and material risk assessment activities. She also has significant experience in leading the development, review and revision process for privacy program documentation as well as assessing, planning, and coordinating enterprise-wide training efforts to optimize awareness of privacy.

 

Vukica holds a J.D. and LL.M. in International Law and her professional credentials include: CIPP/E and CIPM.
