Tammy Preisner, CIPP/US
Tammy joined Clarity in July, 2016 as Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for leading the company’s legal and compliance functions. She oversees the policies and procedures for the general operation of Clarity’s compliance activities, including HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards, Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Tammy has over 15 years of experience in healthcare compliance.
Tammy is a licensed attorney in Connecticut. She earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut and an accounting degree from the University of Hartford. She holds a certification in HIPAA Privacy and Security.
