Member of the Review Commission of the Dominican Republic Law on Protection of Personal Data 

Professor in different privacy training programs: IE Law School (2018) Nebrija University. Lawyer for the Madrid Bar Association.

Degree in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

Author of numerous articles on privacy in specialized media. Co-author of the ISMS Forum Spain study «State of the art and implications of security and privacy in the Internet of Things (IoT)». Co-author of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and ISMS Forum Spain «Code of good practices in data protection for Big Data projects» , Co-author of the paper ”A Level Playing Field for the Digital Ecosyste” by the Telefónica Foundation and Polytechnic University of Madrid. Co-author of “Reflections on the future of Privacy in Europe II Edition of the study of the draft Data Protection Regulation”.

Specialized since January 2003 in data protection, e-commerce and information security. Francisco has developed his professional career in different Law firms and consultancy companies, carrying out projects and consulting work, biennial audits, continuous advice, administrative procedures and guardianship of rights, drafting clauses and contracts, employee training, lectures, courses and presentations.
