About the IAPP

Bartlett D. Morgan is the Managing Director of Chancery Advocates, the dispute resolution arm of Chancery Chambers, a leading corporate-commercial law firm in Barbados. In addition to resolving commercial disputes, he enjoys a digital law practice that focuses on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, navigating telecoms regulatory frameworks and participating in the fintech and digital payments space. 

Bartlett has advised or been consulted by government regulators & ministries, leading global digital platforms, financial institutions and start-ups throughout the Caribbean. 

Bartlett is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is regularly called upon to engage at various local and regional fora on data privacy issues.
