About the IAPP

Rod Ghaemmaghami is a Senior Associate at Kelley Drye's Privacy and Information Security Practice. He focuses his practice on data privacy and information security, advertising technology, and product counseling matters. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Rod was Senior Counsel at the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), where he worked with Ad Tech companies in conducting compliance reviews of their practices under NAI's Code of Conduct. Rod has also worked at Meta counseling teams on privacy and policy issues. Rod has extensive experience with CCPA and other US state privacy laws, GDPR, COPPA, self-regulatory frameworks, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
