Justyna Wiater, CIPP/E, CIPP/US
Justyna Wiater, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, is an experienced Legal Counsel with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics, software, cloud data services and data management industry. She is overseeing many of the company's global privacy initiatives including consumer-facing policies, data management, and regulatory compliance. Her recent work has been focused on leading privacy projects with a multijurisdictional scope. She is building a global privacy culture at Sonos and has a key role in interactions with regulators.
Justyna is also an expert in e-commerce (including advertising and marketing), EU consumer protection law, international contracting and competition law.
She graduated from the University of Amsterdam Law School with a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International and European Law with a specialization in European Competition Law and Regulation.
